Zone 4 is Center of Balance's answer to group exercise. We have taken all aspects of group exercise and placed them into one class. First, a timed group warm-up allows the body to be properly ready for the challenge ahead.Secondly, the main set offers three different levels for ALL abilities. We wanted to have one class where we know that anyone who comes to us will have the chance to participate at their own level. Third, core, core, core....each workout incorporates a different core element to ensure we are hitting those stabilizers. Lastly, stretch/flexibility. Now that we pushed the muscles we must help them recover. Stretching and flexibility are key to preventing injuries and increasing performance. All of this packed into a 55 minute session.
